Mr. Dalton joined Ronald V. McGuckin and Associates in September 2005. He has been very involved in the firm’s legal practice and has litigated a diverse cross-section of Child Care related issues on both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Dalton has distinguished himself in fields such as anti-discrimination, contracts, unemployment compensation, fair labor standards act, licensing, and administrative law. He has also participated in the firm’s lecture series and has authored a series of articles on these legal topics. Mr. Dalton received his bachelor of sciences degree in the field of environmental physics from Rutgers University in New Brunswick in 2001 and received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden in 2005. Mr. Dalton is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. |
