Our sessions have been designed and are presented by employment law experts who have tailored the information to specifically relate to the Early Care and Education Industry. Case law, real life scenarios, policies and procedures discussed are specific to the field and offer practical solutions and strategies for the dedicated Early Care and Education Administrator. The latest case law, EEOC guidelines, and trends in employment will be presented and will be beneficial to both experienced and new administrators. All participants will receive a comprehensive program packet with handout materials to support implementation of material presented.
