or three day retreat programs
to accommodate your training
needs. We will consult with
you and tailor the agenda to
concentrate on your agencies
interests and needs. The focus
can be on building a
successful management team,
communication skills, stress
reduction, staff trust
building, and principles of
establishing and attaining
goals.
Generally
the seminar takes place at a
conference center outside of
your agency. It can involve
your senior management team,
key personnel, board members,
policy council members or your
entire staff.
