review your Parent Handbook
and/or Personnel Policy
Manual. During our review of
these materials we point out
policies which may pose legal
trouble for your agency,
unclear policies that may be
vague or ambiguous to your
parents or staff, and provide
suggested alternatives to make
your Handbook and/or manual a
valuable tool within your
agency. We will also suggest
any additional topics you may
want to consider including,
based upon the most current
issues we see in our office.
An estimate of time will be
given upon receipt of the
documents to be reviewed.
Additionally, we are available
to come to your agency to
provide assistance with your
parent orientation and/or your
staff training on your
personnel policy manual. Fees
for this service are based
upon on-site time and will be
negotiated on a case by case
basis.
