In addition,
we will facilitate a goal
setting session with your
Board of Directors and key
staff to develop a plan with a
time-line for implementation
in your program. This process
may range from 1 to 3 days and
will establish the direction
of your agency over the next 3
through 5 years. We will begin
with your mission statement,
identify your desired
outcomes, highlight the
barriers to achieving your
goals, and develop specific
methods to promote
achievement.
