Complying with Important Federal Regulations: Many owners, directors and supervisors are often confused and bewildered by the intricacies of federal legislation in the workplace. This workshop will explain the basics and will address common errors in complying with Family Medical Leave Act, COBRA, The Pregnancy Discrimination Act, and the Employment sections of The Americans with Disabilities Act.
