Parent Issues: This seminar will address a variety of concerns for staff when dealing with parents. We will talk about issues of confidentiality when a parent discloses protected information to staff or requests information about another child or family. We will also address items to include in parent handbooks and orientation. Discussion will include release of children, safety issues, infectious and communicable disease notices, and other pertinent information. |
