a business. Whether your agency
is a non-profit or a for profit
operation; it is a business.
Most child care agency owners
and/or directors are trained in
education or the social
sciences. The continued
existence of every agency
depends upon how well the
business is run. This seminar
will focus on some basic
principals to help every
administrator become a better
business professional. It is
important that every business
person understand the financial
documents relating to their
business and how banks and other
financial institutions view
them. Participants should bring
to the seminar, copies of their
last year’s Profit and Loss
Statement and their Balance
Sheet because we will utilize
them to gauge growth, break even
points and cash flow and
participants will learn to
utilize these documents to take
control of their businesses.
