Transition from Educator to Administrator: This seminar focuses on the development of an effective approach to management, supervision and delegation. The transition from educator to administrator is a challenge which requires the merging of two distinct disciplines. The role of the administrator as an organizer will be discussed and we will attempt to assist participants in organizing their time and role within their agencies. The areas of conflict avoidance and decision making will also be addressed.
