Volunteer Management: The focus of this seminar is the effective recruitment, use and retention of volunteers. We will provide participants with an understanding of a volunteer’s needs and the motivation for becoming a volunteer. Discussion will also include the role of volunteers, how to recruit volunteers at all levels, utilization and assessment of a volunteer’s skills and fulfilling the volunteer’s needs to assure their continued participation in the agency.
