Finding, Hiring and Retaining Excellent Employees

      Our unprecedented boom economy has lowered unemployment rates to record lows leaving all industries, and especially the Child Care industry, scurrying for new employees. As this economy lurches forward and the baby boomers age, conditions promise to get worse before they get better. This seminar will focus on new theories and approaches to finding excellent candidates for employment, the legal mine field of the interview process, and some common sense methods of valuing and ultimately retaining quality employees once they are hired.
